HERRERA GARCIA, Joselin; RABANAL OYARCE, Aladino; CHAUCA PALMA, Luis Felipe  and  BURGA TARRILLO, Celinda Consuelo. EFFECTIVE COLLABORATION IN CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL LAW AND ITS IMPLICATIONS AGAINST ORGANIZED CRIME. Aula Virtual [online]. 2026, vol.7, n.14, e644.  Epub Mar 13, 2026. This research stems from a study demonstrating that effective collaboration is crucial for dismantling organized crime by optimizing the criminal process and strengthening the administration of justice. The objective is to analyze effective collaboration within criminal procedural law and its implications for combating organized crime. The study employed a qualitative approach, utilizing the PRISMA protocol for systematic research. It applied documentary analysis of comparative jurisprudence and recent academic literature (2020-2025), utilizing databases such as Scopus, SciELO, Dialnet, and Google Scholar. The precise results corroborate that effective collaboration is an essential resource for dismantling criminal organizations, simplifying evidence collection, the arrest of leaders, and the recovery of illicit assets. The study concludes that the effectiveness of effective collaboration relies on appropriate regulatory frameworks and judicial oversight to prevent abuses. Likewise, dangers such as the violation of procedural rights, the granting of excessive advantages and the creation of impunity are manifested; thus, it is determined that their request must be governed by criteria of legality, equity and respect for human rights.
