The general objective of the research was to propose management strategies aimed at improving the organizational climate at the I Simón Bolívar San Luis Hospital, Bolívar Municipality, Falcón State. The study was projective type and non-experimental design. The sample consisted of forty-nine (49) Workers. For the validity of the instrument, the opinion of three experts was consulted and for reliability a pilot test was carried out, whose results were adjusted through the Cronbach Alpha coefficient was 0.710, demonstrating that the data collection instrument was in the range high reliability; therefore, the instrument must be applied in the organization. Regarding the results, it was possible to demonstrate through the management strategies variable that the planning, organization, direction and control indicators presented weaknesses; In the same way, the indicators of achievements, recognition of achievements and growth presented weaknesses.
