Coffee producing microenterprises face internal and external challenges that highlight the need for effective management to enhance their results, maximizing profits and benefits. The objective of the research is to propose a procedure to improve the administrative management of coffee microenterprises in Jipijapa, Manabí, Ecuador. The theoretical foundations of administrative management in Ecuadorian microenterprises were explored, the procedure developed and finally the impacts of the improvement actions implemented were presented.
