The general objective of the research was to analyze the resolution capacity and its effect on the provision of services in mental health centers. It was carried out from the quantitative paradigm, descriptive and complemented with a documentary-bibliographic design. The study population included health personnel, users, and administrative staff of a CSMC in Trujillo, a total of 250 people. A non-probabilistic sampling was used, selecting 164 participants over 18 years of age, having received care during the study period and having given their informed consent. A questionnaire was used to collect information. In conclusion, the findings underline the need to strengthen governance, improve resource allocation, and ensure sustainable investments in the CSMCs of Trujillo. Promoting accessible and equitable services.
