The general objective of the research was to analyze the organizational culture and business management model. The research was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic reference, from a documentary type bibliographic design. The analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods were also used. The study population was considered to be the collaborators of four metal-mechanical MYPES of Trujillo, with a total of 92 workers. A questionnaire was applied to them. The following conclusions were reached: it is essential that metal-mechanical MSEs in Trujillo recognize the importance of developing a strong organizational culture aligned with their business objectives. This could not only improve their performance, but also foster a more collaborative and motivating work environment, which in turn would contribute to their long-term sustainability and success.
