The general objective of the research was to analyze organizational sociology and human talent management. The research approach was quantitative, based on the collection and study of numerical data using statistical techniques. It was descriptive and complemented with a documentary-bibliographic design. A written content analysis was carried out using the analytical-synthetic method. The population consisted of 44 collaborators. The information was collected through the survey-questionnaire data collection instrument. In conclusion, organizational sociology does have a relationship with the perception of GTH in the employees of a private company in the city of Trujillo. Likewise, there is a relationship between the organizational structure dimension and GTH; the collaborators consider that there is equity in the tasks, efficiency in the functions and personnel that contribute to the achievement of the institutional objectives.
