The general objective of the research was to describe the competitiveness and labor risks in a microfinance company. The quantitative methodology was developed, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. It was supported by documentary analysis, which allowed establishing the analysis of the object of study. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The scope of this research was descriptive. The design was non-experimental. A population of 254 workers who are part of the CORE of the business was considered. The sample was calculated using a probabilistic formula and the number of 154 workers was obtained, to whom a questionnaire was applied. The results obtained concluded and evidenced no or low significance and incidence between the Occupational Risks Variable and Human Talent Management. It is important to organize specialized work teams of process management through an organic organizational design.
