The general objective of the research was to analyze the organizational culture and work performance of workers in automotive companies. The quantitative method used in the research generated descriptive data, accompanied by a documentary-bibliographic review. The inductive-deductive and analytical-synthetic approach was also used. The study population consisted of 68 workers in the automotive sector in the district of Trujillo, which is a finite population and constitutes the sample. In conclusion, the importance of cultural practices that go beyond what is perceived as operational tasks, suggesting that a culture that promotes motivation, collaboration and commitment can have substantial effects on productivity. In short, strengthening the culture of automotive companies should be a strategic priority.
