The strategies contribute to the growth and sustainability of small producers' economic activities. The general objective of this study was to analyze the impact of competitive funds on the economic development of small producers. The research process was quantitative. It was also based on the guidelines of the Oslo Manual. Documentary review was also applied, which allows the analysis and scrutiny of peer-reviewed articles related to the topic. The sample consisted of 17 winning organized economic agents (AEOs), diversified into two categories A and B, with a total of 60 people. Inferential analysis, logistic regression and Chi2 distribution were used. In conclusion, applying project management to the PROCOMPITE competitive fund implies ensuring that each stage of the program is executed efficiently. This includes the selection of productive projects, the allocation of funds and resources, and monitoring and evaluation.
