The article investigates the issue of interculturality in community radio, whose main objective was to analyze the interculturality content broadcast in the programming of Radio La Voz de Guamote, in the period October 2022 - February 2023. To this end, the qualitative approach was used, descriptive and analytical, where the research techniques used were the content analysis of 212 contents of the radio program "La Voz de Guamote" during 5 months, of which 20 contents were randomly analyzed. In addition, an expert in interculturality and community radio was interviewed. The main results of the research determined that radio "La Voz de Guamote", being a community media, plays an important role in the promotion and dissemination of cultural and intercultural content including music, traditions, customs, gastronomy, stories and values of the canton, which are disseminated on social networks through news coverage carried out by the media. It is concluded, in this way, that interculturality is a bridge between diverse traditions, languages and perspectives in the community of Guamote, where the radio station has been a beacon that illuminates the cultural richness of the region by offering a space for dialogue through its informative program, in which the multiple identities present in the locality converge and are celebrated through debates. political speeches, opinions of professionals and experiences of the inhabitants of the area.
