Abstract

With the objective of analyzing the relationship between university nursing teachers and students in teaching hospitals in Ecuador, through a systematic review, this article is presented where the search engines Google Academic and Science Direct were considered as sources for data location. From a search, scientific articles, research and essays were identified with the rigor of relevance alluding to the topic presented in the context of Ecuador, in a period ranging from 2019 to 2023. The synthesis record of the located studies was carried out through the PRISMA protocol, selecting 17 documents from all the results. The analyzes revealed that the relationship between teachers and students of this career is demarcated by multiple factors, starting with the concept and self-concept of the profession, followed by the components that affect it such as work stress, changes, social transformations and evolution. technological, hand in hand with the elements of the training of teachers who teach future Nursing professionals in this country. Hence, the need to review the pedagogical experiences in teaching hospitals about supporting teaching and learning to address the social changes suggested by relevant, self-aware and humane professionals is highlighted.
