The methods and rules of constitutional and ordinary legal interpretation in their applicability give off an extremely complex activity, due to the various legal consequences that they can generate in terms of the materialization of rights, for which it is required to point to solid knowledge in particular, under effective cohesion and generalization; dialectic with respect to which it was possible to scientifically unveil the foundations of the methods and rules of constitutional and ordinary legal interpretation, such as their colligation and universalization to make rights effective, and in such a condition to discuss the most notable results; using the modality of mixed research -quantitative and qualitative-, cross-sectional design, dogmatic, documentary and theoretical legal type, exploratory and descriptive scope, and analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive theoretical methods; context that agreed to the need for an interpretive activity in the constitutional field, developed on the one hand by combining comprehensive techniques that are coupled to the indeterminate precepts of the Constitution, and on the other through the strengthening of the management of the High Courts as highest bodies of constitutional interpretation, around the realization of rights.
