The impact was measured through the behavioral analysis of the dimensions: safety and security needs; basic and physiological; self-realization. Results. The proportion of older adults with disabilities decreased from 10.6% in 2016 to 1.0% in 2021. The number of cases registered in the Women's Emergency Center for Violence increased from 8.3% to 18.4%. The number of older adults with some type of dependency increased from 31.8% to 84.2%. Depressive manifestations increased from 42% in 2016 to 85.5% in 2021. Financial participation increased from 1% in 2016 to 18.3% in 2019 and decreased considerably for 2020 and 2021 with 0% and 1.3% respectively. Conclusions.
