The objective of this article is to examine the advances and theoretical perspectives referenced, and at the same time, to contribute to the design of a training route on digital transformation and work performance; Constituted by a methodology of bibliographic review of specialized literatures, scientific and technical research, the literature was constituted in search of databases such as Scopus, Scielo and Google Scholar, obtaining as a result that the new era of digital transformation and the process of new learning has been the essence of many researchers over the years, Each of which has made significant contributions and created new educational concepts, as well as gradually replaced traditional teaching methods with technological means of teaching.
