This article presents an analysis of the ergonomic risks of Nursing personnel in Ecuador, developed through a systematic review, through the consultation of scientific bases such as Redalyc and Google Academic, in which a search was carried out in order to Ignacio locate fourth level research, scientific articles or essays that met the rigor of relevance according to the topic and in correspondence with the context of Ecuador. For the search, the period was established from 2020 to 2024, so that the located works were processed through the PRISMA protocol from which 18 documents resulted for analysis. As a result of the review and interpretation of the works, it is found that the ergonomic risks to which Nursing professionals in the Ecuadorian nation are exposed underlie musculoskeletal diseases considering the poor postures assumed to lift weight or simply carry out routine tasks. of the profession, one of the solutions being to estimate prevention and education in this regard for those who practice this profession in hospitals and health centers in Ecuador.
