Movement-based learning for the development of skills in Primary Education students is a pedagogical proposal that proposes using physical activity and movement as educational resources that break routine, promote learning and improve school performance. Therefore, the research aims to evaluate the effects and benefits of movement-based learning in the development of skills in Primary Education students, both at an academic and socio-emotional level. The methodological procedure required systematically reviewing scientific documents published in the Scielo and Scopus repositories to know their background, identify definitions and categorize their dimensions, using the PRISMA method. They found that these elements allow movement to build not only better learning, but also develop the personal, social, emotional and artistic aspects in students at different educational levels, including Higher Education.
