Abstract

The purpose of the study was to identify the factors associated with the entrepreneurial intention of management students at a university. In the methodology, it was carried out within a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design, with a population of 312 students and through intentional non-probabilistic sampling, a sample of 201 administration students from a university was contemplated; with KMO construct validation of 0.792 and p < 0.000 being significant and a reliability of 0.880. The results were that students from 21 to 25 years old presented a 18.4% low level, 45.8% a medium level and 13.4% a high level and female administration students presented a 31.3% low level, 16.4% % of medium level and male administration students 1% of low level, 34.3% of medium level and 16.9% of high level. Concluding that the entrepreneurial intention of management students is associated with sex, age and origin of basic education.
