Abstract
DIOSES ARRIETA, Luis Alberto; HUAMAN MANTILLA, Luis Wilder; MORENO VERA, Lupe Maribel and FUSTER-GUILLEN, Doris. Role of strategic educational management in the organizational climate of technical-productive education institutions. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.1, e501008. Epub Nov 18, 2024. This article focused on testing the relationship between strategic educational management (SEM) and organizational climate (OC). The former refers to the actions taken by those responsible for an educational institution to promote continuous improvement, while the latter refers to the psychological and emotional perceptions that influence the mood and performance of an organization. This study adopted a quantitative correlational approach from a positivist perspective. The sample consisted of one hundred participants, and two standardized instruments were used, which were contextualized and validated in their content by experts in the field. Both instruments showed high reliability and internal consistency, with values of 0.953 and 0.945 for the first and second instruments, respectively. Since the variables and their dimensions did not meet the assumption of normality of the data according to the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, nonparametric statistics were used. Spearman's correlational coefficient was used and the observed significance value (p = 0.000) was found to be lower than the theoretical significance value (α = 0.05), leading to the exclusion of the null hypothesis. In conclusion, a significant relationship was found between strategic educational management and organizational climate in the technical-productive education centers of UGEL 03 in the year 2023. This supports the general research hypothesis.
