The present research sought to know the educational management in the learning process, from the perspective of directors, teachers and students, in the canton of Quito, Province of Pichincha- Ecuador. From the positivist paradigm, a descriptive transactional design was followed, collecting data in a single time. The questionnaire was structured, composed of forty-four (44) items; The population consisted of sixty-three (63) people, distributed as follows: three (3) directors, fifteen (15) teachers, fifteen (15) students of the first baccalaureate B.G.U., fifteen (15) students of the B.I baccalaureate and fifteen (15) technical baccalaureate students. The information was collected using the survey technique, using a structured questionnaire-type instrument, whose content validity was achieved with the judgment of experts, and reliability was processed with Cronbach's Alpha method with a score of 0.94.
