The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between access to the financial market and business sustainability in the footwear sector in Villa El Salvador. The methodological approach used is the hypothetical deductive approach with an applied quantitative approach, focused on a correlational descriptive level; The research design is non-experimental and cross-sectional. It was stated that companies in the footwear industry must adopt a lean, clean, agile, dynamic and expeditious manufacturing work methodology, eliminating all types of waste and optimizing their processes and operations that add value to their products, with quick responses to their customers, aiming at continuous improvement so that companies in this area grow over the time horizon, generating more employment and boosting the country's economy. The relationship between the Financial Market and Business Sustainability is confirmed, which was demonstrated through the correlation coefficient is = .530 with a p-value = 0.000.
