Assisted reproduction is one of the services in growing demand, this is because more and more people, both men and women, want to have children when they have already passed the barrier of thirty years of age, which means that cause infertility problems, for which they usually resort to assisted reproduction treatments. The objective is to “design the business plan for the creation of an assisted reproduction clinic in humans that offers personalized and specialized medical services of optimal quality.” The methodology applied was exploratory, bibliographic and field, with which a complete business plan was built that includes the strategic approach of the company, the legal form and administrative obligations, the social responsibility plan, the marketing plan, the of human resources, operational planning, the risk and contingency map and the economic and financial plan. It is concluded that there is a high technical and financial feasibility for the implementation of the clinic, since an internal rate of return of up to 15.10% is estimated with an investment recovery time of 2.6 years and a cost ratio. - profit greater than 1.
