The research focuses on emotional strengthening through school internships in Lima, Peru. The objective was to determine how school internships influence the emotional strengthening of students. A quantitative research-action methodology was used, based on development by cycles. An initial diagnosis was made to evaluate the level of emotional strengthening in a sample of 54 students, using observation techniques and Likert scale cards. The findings showed a significant improvement in students' emotional strengthening. The statistical analysis revealed a significance value of 0.025 < 0.05 for the variable "School Internship", 0.021 < 0.05 for "Building the image of a virtuous child", 0.012 < 0.05 for "Didactics of doing", and 0.002 < 0.05 for "The pedagogy of listening", indicating a significant contrast between the control and experimental groups. In conclusion, school internships are an effective tool for emotional strengthening in primary school students, promoting comprehensive development and improving their ability to manage emotions and relate positively to their environment.
