In this literature review article, the impact of technological updates on legal chatbots in Latin America was evaluated. Technology upgrades, such as artificial intelligence, were found to improve the effectiveness and personalization of automated legal services. The adaptability of legal chatbots has led to greater user satisfaction and more efficient service. This study, in line with the objective of evaluating the impact of technological updates, was based on a literature review methodology. The results highlight the importance of continuing to explore advanced technologies in the legal field. It is recommended to investigate the integration of complementary technologies and address user acceptance. The main conclusion is that technological updates in legal chatbots can significantly improve the quality of legal services in Latin America, promoting greater efficiency and personalization in legal care.
