Abstract

Currently, education has been transformed due to the constant technological changes that take place in different social contexts. In this sense, the objective was to determine how the pedagogical innovation classroom is related to teaching performance at the educational institution 10011 Francisco Bolognesi of José Leonardo Ortiz in the year 2023. The sample was made up of 33 teachers, while the study was basic, using a non-experimental design with a correlational scope. For its part, a questionnaire was executed through the Likert scale, which was applied in person using Spearman's Rho coefficient. The results show that according to the value Sig. = 0.000 < α = 0.05 and Rho = 0.663, the use of the pedagogical innovation classroom has a high correlation, both on teaching performance and the dimensions: preparation for student learning; teaching for student learning; and the development of professionalism and teaching identity that experienced values ​​Sig. = 0.000 < α = 0.05 and Rho = 0.616; Sig. = 0.000 < α = 0.05 and Rho = 0.706 and Sig. = 0.000 < α = 0.05 and Rho = 0.663.
