Abstract
CAMPOS MERCHAN, Leonardo and DIAZ ESPINOZA, Maribel. Factors associated with perceived quality of care by users attending a physical rehabilitation unit. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.1, e501095. Epub Dec 11, 2024. ISSN 2739-0063. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.12659985.
The objective of this study was to analyze the effect generated by the factors associated with the quality of care perceived by users who attend a physical rehabilitation unit in the city of Guayaquil in 2022. The research is developed under a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional of simple correlational type, with a sample of 192 users. Data collection was carried out by applying a survey through two instruments that include the associated factor variables and the quality of care perceived by users. The 5-rating Likert scale was considered. It was found that there is a syntonic significance Pearson's Chi-square 0.065, which describes that there is no association between the variables factors associated with their dimensions accessibility and environmental comfort and the quality of care, however, taking into consideration the dimensions of the variable associated factors we have a significance greater than 0.005 among the sociodemographic factors, a significant association of less than 0.001 in factors associated with accessibility and a significance of less than 0.001 in the factors associated with environmental comfort and the quality of care perceived by users.
