Abstract

ESCOBEDO ENRIQUEZ, Max Henry. Quality of Service in a Public University in Peru. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.1, e501098.  Epub Dec 02, 2024. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.12676447.

This article analyzes the quality of student service in public universities, addressing dimensions such as facilities, curricular mesh, teacher attitudes, administrative processes, and teacher work performance. This study with 340 students shows that most perceive the quality of service and facilities in between. Attitudes towards the academic process and aspects of the academic programme are also highly valued. However, teachers' job performance is predominantly rated as low. The results suggest that, although some aspects are adequate, there are critical areas, especially in teacher performance, that require significant improvements.

Keywords : quality of service; work performance; public universities.
