The research aimed to examine the relationship between organizational culture, leadership, and job satisfaction in a consortium, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) number 8. A non-experimental, correlational design was used to collect data through surveys administered to 130 employees. The results highlighted the importance of having a strong organizational culture to improve service quality and create a conducive work environment. It was suggested that the company align its strategies with ethical principles and the business strategy, recognizing the significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. The findings revealed that 20.8% of the employees expressed satisfaction with their work, while 70.8% showed indifference. In conclusion, the research demonstrated that both organizational culture and leadership play a significant role in the job satisfaction of consortium employees.
