ALCALA MARTINEZ, Ascención Tomás y CABALLERO BERAUN, Diego Martin. Exploring entrepreneurial intention and creativity. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.2, e502010. Epub 15-Feb-2025. ISSN 2739-0063. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.12773593.
The main objective of this study is to evaluate the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and creativity in graduates of a university in Lima. Using a quantitative approach with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design, data were collected from a sample of 83 graduates selected for convenience. The data were obtained through a structured questionnaire and analyzed with the SPSS software, using Spearman's correlation coefficient. The results show a positive and significant correlation between entrepreneurial capacity and creativity (ρ = 0.682, p < 0.001), suggesting that those with a higher perception of their entrepreneurial capacity tend to be more creative. These findings underscore the importance of fostering both creativity and entrepreneurial skills in the educational field to better prepare graduates to face the challenges and opportunities in the world of entrepreneurship.
