MORAN BARRIONUEVO, Mercy Miriam. Neurolinguistic strategies for language learning in basic education students. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.2, e502019.  Epub 15-Feb-2025. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.12809958.

In the classroom, the personality of the students is taken into account. Each student has a unique personality, their methods and techniques to achieve knowledge. The objective of the research is to carry out a bibliographic review in different databases. The research methodology based on the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) model, which is distinguished by its systematic and structured approach to the analysis of literature related to a specific topic. The analysis of 50 articles shows that Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques are mainly applied in education (45% in schools, 29% in universities), followed by companies (18%) and health (8%). The studies were mostly conducted in large groups (53%). Teachers of Philosophy and Letters led the research (46%), followed by Psychopedagogy (22%) and Psychology (12%). NLP is mostly used in foreign language learning (42%), general education (23%) and communication (19%). The basic principles include goals, recognition and modification of behaviors, as well as alternatives (13% each). The environment, feedback and motivation are key factors. The most commonly used techniques are the system of representation, modeling, use of language, goal setting and rapport. These methods foster trust, motivation, and effective interpersonal relationships, highlighting the importance of a solid foundation in goals and communication for holistic learning.
