PIZARRO ARANCIBIA, Lily Marisol et al. E-learning in basic, secondary, technical, and higher education levels. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.2, e502029.  Epub 15-Feb-2025. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13159567.

The objective of this study is to establish the degree of importance of E-learning as a strategy for students at the basic, secondary, technical and university levels. The approach is quantitative, with a comparative-descriptive design. The sample was composed of 186 students between basic-secondary, technical and university education, the selection criterion was by non-probabilistic sampling for convenience. The results were in the degree of importance of E-learning: high, with 58.06% in secondary school students, 53.23% in technical education and 67.74% in university education students, evidencing a significant difference of 0.014 < 0.05 between the three levels. It should be noted that in the dimension of socio-emotional support in the high grade, it had a low percentage, with 8.06% in secondary school students, 9.68% in technical education and 11.29% in university education students. It is concluded that the degree of importance of education through e-learning is high. In the dimension of socio-emotional support in e-learning education, a low percentage is observed at the higher level. Therefore, it is crucial to implement measures such as adaptation, self-regulation, reflection, metacognition and psychological support in educational institutions.
