HUAYAMAVE CASTRO, Adriana María; MACIAS ALVARADO, Dolores Anabel  and  PAREDES VELASCO, Noe José. Educational evaluation strategies in high school teachers. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.2, e502031.  Epub Feb 15, 2025. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13160634.

This research work is focused on the analysis and importance of evaluation strategies in teaching and their processes within the framework of guidelines and standards of educational quality. Education is in constant change, which affects or has an impact on the teachings of students. This study aims to explore and learn about evaluation strategies applied in the professional practice of high school teachers, from the perspective of government agencies in charge of issuing educational standards and different authors who have studied this evaluation phenomenon and its strategies. The sample is taken from the review of twenty-two articles selected from databases such as: Scopus, SciELO, Web of Science and that are related to the variable evaluation strategies with their respective dimensions such as: the functionality of evaluation strategies, the instrumental-methodology on evaluation and the temporality of evaluation strategies. The exploratory-bibliographic model shows the work of teachers in a changing society that in many cases ends in professional demotivation. Knowing the different points of view and analysis of different authors allows us to analyze the importance of evaluation strategies and their role in the teaching of the school community.
