This review article analyzes pedagogical practice considering and proposing as an objective to determine the organization, management and process of the learning achieved by students and promoted by the teacher in the classroom. Articles in scientific journals were reviewed, applying the search of digital bibliography in different databases, with the support of the bibliographic manager Mendeley to be able to record the necessary information. Among the findings, it was determined that pedagogical practice in primary school is constantly updated and innovated due to the demands of today's globalized world, which requires effective and positive learning in students; It was also observed that the learning process of today's students has a pressure and a demand that was not previously had, so it is urgent to emphasize the formation of autonomy in children and adolescents who grow up in the midst of a crisis of values, insecurity and family instability due to economic shortages. social and cultural. Likewise, the training of the teacher in its initial stage, the learning priorities of the students in their real context and their motivations to achieve the desired results are relevant, factors that present, within the classroom, a pedagogical practice with insufficient teaching for current needs.
