Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.2, e502045.  Epub Feb 15, 2025. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13336674.

The objective of this article is to analyze the integration of digital tools to improve leadership and communication among university students. To this end, a literature review was carried out using the PRISMA method, examining studies published between 2019 and 2024. The results show an increase in the use of digital technologies such as collaboration platforms, project management applications and communication tools in the educational field and their positive impact on the development of leadership and communication skills among students. The literature review reveals that digital tools have great potential to improve the leadership and communication skills of university students. Collaboration platforms, project management apps, and digital communication tools are proving particularly effective. However, challenges are also identified, such as the need to properly train educators and manage a balanced use of technology to avoid information overload. The studies reviewed demonstrate that the integration of digital tools can have a significant impact on the development of leadership and communication skills among university students. This scientific article was prepared by integrating recent studies on the use of digital tools to improve leadership and communication among university students. In addition, it highlights the importance of continuing research in this area to improve educational practices.
