Abstract

The study aimed to measure the impact of WhatsApp on the feedback of second-year students of the professional career of Primary Education at the National University of Trujillo. An applied quantitative approach was used, with a pre-experimental design. The sample was made up of 25 students of the VI cycle of studies, who were surveyed using a 20-question questionnaire, which was validated by expert judgment and a high level was obtained in the reliability test. The results of the research indicated that the use of WhatsApp significantly improved student learning feedback during 2022, as evidenced by Student's t-test statistical test (t=17.596, p<0.05).
