The study presented sought to examine the relationship between business education, previous work experience and the performance of microbusiness managers in Lima, Peru, for the year 2024, in order to identify how these factors influence management practices and the economic and social growth of that country, understanding that the training of personnel in any organization can intervene in their daily work within it. For this, methodological components were used from an empirical, non-experimental and exploratory approach, using the survey as a data collection technique and instrument, through a questionnaire that consisted of 30 items, of which 5 were used to collect descriptive data and 25 to evaluate perceptions about the study constructs, using a 7-point Likert scale; This instrument was applied to 205 managers, selected by convenience sampling, through Structural Equation Models (SEM), finding as a finding of interest that business training has a significant relationship with performance, although there is not enough evidence of that work experience influences business training. In this way, it is concluded that business training is essential for the success of managers, recommending policies to improve education and training in management, which is why among the recommendations is to include and promote specific training courses in the programs. to support microbusinesses to encourage interest in continuing business education.
