MERINO GONZALES, Dan Nelson. Exploring Organizational Culture Among Teachers in Public Educational Institutions. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.2, e502083.  Epub Apr 04, 2025. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13876947.

The importance of organizational culture is constantly increasing as it is influenced by continuous change. Assessing organizational culture is critical to understanding its influence on teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to examine how teachers working in different work modalities within educational settings perceive organizational culture in relation to their performance. A quantitative approach with a descriptive, simple, cross-sectional, non-experimental design was used. The sample included teachers from three public institutions. An expert-validated questionnaire was administered to 180 teachers to collect their perceptions about organizational culture, considered as a set of shared values, beliefs, morals and responsibilities. The results reveal that teachers foster organizational morale and ethics, as well as accountability and strategic direction.
