Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.2, e502087. Epub 04-Abr-2025. ISSN 2739-0063. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13901044.
The Covid-19 pandemic forced to traditional businesses to adopt new ways of promoting their services and sales in a competitive market. The Agile Coach seeks to be the ideal means to accelerate sales, understand the utility cycle of a product or service, and trend improvements over time. The objective of this article was to explain how the Agile Coach influences the management of digital transformation projects from the perspective of an organization during the pandemic of Peru in the year 2021. The research was of basic type, with a qualitative approach and grounded theory design with 13 units of analysis as key informants to have an understanding of the problem from the perspective of the participants. The conclusions show that the events occurred when the country was not prepared for a remote context and the diversity of functions to be fulfilled. The arrival of the pandemic corroborated that the success of a company, organization or institution can be related to the digital era, online marketing, an application-based management and the use of agile frameworks offered better results to the demand. Finally, the Agile Coach and digital transformation demonstrated their relevance in achieving goals and objectives, even in difficult times such as the pandemic.
