The research was conducted through a non-experimental correlational design, using surveys as the data collection method. A Likert scale-based questionnaire was used to measure educational quality management, as well as to assess teachers' digital competencies. The sample consisted of 40 teachers from the institution. The results revealed that 75% of the teachers considered educational quality management to be positive, while 65% rated their digital competence as intermediate.
