The increasing integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the legal field poses significant challenges and opportunities for legal professionals in Latin America. This study aims to assess the perception of lawyers on the effectiveness of AI in their training and professional practice in the management of real rights. A systematic review of the existing literature was carried out, analyzing articles indexed in databases such as Scielo and Scopus. The results indicate that, although lawyers recognize the benefits of AI, such as improved efficiency and quality of work, they also express concerns about ethics, transparency and the need for adequate training. The implications of this research are significant, suggesting that AI training should include a robust discussion of ethical and practical aspects. This study contributes to the field by providing a comprehensive view of how AI can be used effectively in legal practice, highlighting the need for a balanced approach that addresses both technological advances and the ethical considerations necessary for responsible implementation.
