Emotional education has become a fundamental component of organizational development, particularly in Latin America, where job satisfaction and employee performance are key to business success. This article evaluates the effectiveness of emotional education programs implemented in organizations in the region through a systematic review of the literature, analyzing their impact on job satisfaction and employee performance. Through an exhaustive review of recent studies in databases such as Scopus, SciELO, Latindex, using a rigorous methodological approach, patterns and trends were identified that show that these programs have a positive effect, although their effectiveness varies according to the organizational sector. The findings highlight the importance of integrating emotional education into organizational development strategies as a tool to improve well-being, productivity and work climate. It also highlights the need for future research to explore the cultural adaptation of these programs in the Latin American context and to evaluate their long-term sustainability. This study represents a significant contribution to the field of organizational psychology and human resource management by demonstrating the crucial role of emotional education in improving the performance and well-being of employees.
