BRITO-ORTIZ, José Félix et al. Psychometric quality of a questionnaire to identify psychosocial risk factors at work. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.3, e050368.  Epub 03-Maio-2025. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14511166.

A recent topic of interest in Organizational Psychology is the analysis of psychosocial risk factors in workplaces. A measurement instrument that allows the evaluation of such factors is found in the Mexican Official Standard 035 issued in 2018 by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. The objective of this research is to analyze the psychometric quality of the domains of the questionnaire to assess psychosocial risk factors under NOM-035-STPS-2018. This is an observational, descriptive, correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional study; the sample size was 299 workers selected by convenience; the measurement instrument was the questionnaire of guide three of the Mexican Official Standard 035. The results show that in terms of psychometric quality, the level of reliability was appropriate in the ten domains of the questionnaire, as well as concurrent validity and construct validity. It can be concluded that the questionnaire to identify psychosocial risk factors presents reliability and validity for its use in the Mexican population. The issuance of the NOM-035-STPS-2018 standard is positive, as it sets precedents so that the problem related to occupational stress can be faced by organizations in Mexico.
