Corporate social responsibility encourages companies to consider the impact of their operations on society and the environment. The objective of this study is to analyze economic growth through the implementation of more sustainable production practices, the reduction of carbon emissions, the responsible management of natural resources and conservation initiatives. This study is framed in a descriptive-explanatory approach with a documentary design. A qualitative approach has been adopted, and the method followed in this work is the PRISMA model. A total of 75 studies were found, of which 12 articles from different countries were selected for analysis. The results indicate that corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on environmental protection. This aspect is crucial to move towards sustainable development in the current context of global environmental challenges, encouraging the adoption of practices and policies that minimize the negative impact on the natural environment.
