A systematic review of previous research and scientific articles related to interpersonal skills in education and its impact on teaching performance was developed, the search of which was carried out in the scientific databases Scielo and Google Academic, obtaining 9836 works from which were selected. only 20 articles and theses, between the years 2020-2024, using the PRISMA protocol.
