BELLIDO HINOSTROZA, Maritza; PAUCAR BELLIDO, Shirley Litz and BAYLON SALVADOR, Esther Genoveva. Educational management is a complex process with particular characteristics, in which there are various models that seek to improve educational outcomes. The objective is to analyze educational policy through a systematic review of the literature from 2018 to 2024 in Latin America and Peru. For this purpose, a qualitative-interpretative approach was applied, through the PRISMA method, performing the analysis of articles from the Scopus, Scielo, Dialnet and Redalyc databases. The results show the scarce knowledge of educational policies and the objective they seek to achieve. Inequalities are recognized in the educational policies of the educational systems, where inclusion and equality are required, as well as financing, considering the curricular bases. In Latin America, the educational policies that support educational systems do not yet consider inclusion with the importance it represents. All curricular bases must consider inclusion, equality and financing, which will guarantee the application of educational policies, in order to achieve an adequate school coexistence in an open dialogue, with the appropriate consensus of educational agents and social actors.
