TOMALA CHAVARRIA, Mónica Dolores  e  JARAMILLO BAZURTO, Nubia Victoria. Children's literature production in college students: a systematic review. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.3, e050360.  Epub 04-Maio-2025. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14501809.

The production of children's literature in college students represents an emerging field of study that combines literary creativity with pedagogy and child development. The aim of this study was to explore aspects related to the production of children's literature in university students through a systematic review. It was approached from a qualitative approach with descriptive scope and, through the documentary review technique, searches were conducted in databases such as SciELO, Scopus, Dialnet, ERIC, Redalyc and academic repositories. Subsequently, the COVIDENCE program was used, which, in conjunction with the PRISMA guidelines, developed a viable and valid work. Therefore, inclusion criteria such as year of publication, study population and language were defined, which made it possible to consider 23 documents. The results highlight the characteristics and trends of these studies, with a focus on creativity, inclusion and diversity, as well as the integration of digital technologies. Likewise, it is highlighted that the contribution to university students promotes communicative and pedagogical competences, enriching their integral formation. In addition, the creation and production of children's literature combines text and illustration, promoting the educational, emotional and cognitive development of young readers.
