Abstract

CHAVEZ CHOQUE, Melina Elizabeth; CALISAYA MESTAS, Hilda Luz; SAIRA QUISPE, Edilberto Wilfredo  and  TORRES MARRON, Freddy Juan. Relationship between the factors of supervision, information, communication, internal control and administrative management in health centers in Lima. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.4, e504027.  Epub June 20, 2025. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14833903.

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the factors of supervision, information, communication, internal control and administrative management in health centers in Lima. For this research, a quantitative method was used, a descriptive approach with an explanatory-causal level, in which 140 health workers and administrative staff members participated. PLS-SEM statistical tests were used to evaluate the study variables within a measurement model that included constructs of mediating variables, such as supervision, information, and communication, in the correspondence between administrative management and internal control. The results show that there are direct and significant effects of the mediation model, where the total effects of internal control activities and administrative management had a standardized coefficient βt = 0.706 with a value p = 0.000 < 0.05. With this, it is concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between supervision, information and communication in the internal control and administrative management of health centers in Lima.
