The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between managerial leadership and teacher performance in educational institutions in Chimbote during the year 2024. This study contributes to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal No. 4, which seeks to strengthen aspects related to inclusive, equitable and quality education. The methodology used was non-experimental and correlational in design, using a sample of 200 teachers to whom two questionnaires were applied: one on managerial leadership and another on teacher performance. The results show a high positive correlation between managerial leadership and teacher performance, with a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0,815 and a p value = 0,000, indicating a significant relationship. It is concluded that effective managerial leadership is a fundamental pillar for educational success, as it fosters a collaborative environment, motivates teaching staff and ensures strategic management aimed at continuous improvement. Strengthening leadership in educational institutions is essential to close gaps and guarantee quality education.
