This research focused on analyzing the bibliometric network in Scopus related to artificial intelligence and its impact on business productivity. To do so, quantitative techniques were used, as well as the application of the bibliometric method. Through an exhaustive analysis of 758 documents, extracted from the Scopus database, it was revealed that between the years 2014 and 2024 there was a notable growth (59.3%) in the volume of publications related to the topic raised. Likewise, according to the data obtained, it was evident that scientific production in the United States experienced accelerated growth (27.8%) compared to other countries. In addition, the most prominent academic area was the field of computer science (34%), while the most cited author was Wirtz J., with 1,309 citations, and the most relevant source was the Journal of the Information and Communication Society, with 43 publications. Therefore, it can be stated that research on AI and productivity in companies has advanced considerably. In conclusion, this bibliometric study provides a fundamental basis for future research, and it is crucial to further study data processing and analysis systems, as well as technological resources, to implement solutions that improve productivity in companies.
