Abstract

MUNOZ FELIX, Alan Pier; FELIX TIPIAN, Luis Enrique; FLORES ARRIOLA, Adriana Lorena  and  ORTIZ ALMEYDA, José Luis. Educational management and teaching performance to achieve effective learning in secondary school students. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.4, e504075.  Epub June 12, 2025. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14867908.

This study analyzes educational management and teacher performance at the secondary level, with the aim of optimizing student learning within a framework of quality training. To this end, a mixed methodological approach was used, which included a documentary review and the application of a descriptive-correlational design. The results showed that today's teachers intensify their efforts to create an environment conducive to teaching, characterized by emotional balance, self-control and the ability to adapt to uncertain situations. Likewise, it was identified that effective teacher performance is closely related to the integral formation of the student, which requires educators to be professionals committed to their work, willing to continuously improve, provide effective feedback and apply innovative pedagogical strategies.
