The main objective of this study was to evaluate the integration of Zoom and Google Meet in teaching practices during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. It also focused on analyzing the frequency of use, the perception of effectiveness, the advantages and disadvantages, as well as the intention of future use. To do so, a structured questionnaire with closed questions and Likert-type scales was applied to a sample of 500 selected teachers. The results indicated that 60% of teachers use Zoom daily, while 55% use Google Meet with the same frequency. More than 80% of respondents consider both platforms to be effective or very effective in teaching. Among the highlighted advantages are ease of use, connection stability, and integration with other tools. However, disadvantages were identified such as high bandwidth consumption and limitations of the free versions. Finally, a significant majority of teachers expressed their intention to continue using these tools in the future.
